Joanna Wisniewska – a new PR &Project Manager in SOIT

In mid-March, Joanna Wiśniewska took over most of the responsibilities of Head of Operations in the Association of Incentive Travel Organizers & PR Daria Rzadkiewicz.

In SOIT she will be responsible for communication, coordination of SOIT projects, cooperation with other industry organizations, as well as formalities and finances of the association.

Joanna Wiśniewska has been working in tourism since the beginning of her professional career – for several years in the MICE sector. Thanks to many years of work at the Department of Tourism of the Ministry of Tourism and the Capital City Tourist Office she specializes in the areas of tourism law, complicated mechanisms of the tourism services market, marketing and inter-institutional cooperation.

While organizing Meet The Bidder SMART FAIRS she got to know the specificity of the MICE industry, its structures and challenges.

Considers effective cooperation of industry organizations and administration as crucial for proper development of tourism market.

She has experience in team and project management, also international. She was also a guest lecturer at her home faculty of Geography and Regional Studies at Warsaw University.

Professionally, she is also a photographer, a tour leader and a guide in Warsaw, and privately, she is a fan of long-distance backpacking trips, singing, dancing and ecological housekeeping.
