For the second time this year the Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel was ranked first among all hotels of the brand in countries located in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in terms of guest satisfaction with hotel catering.
The Courtyard hotel in Warsaw ranked sixth in the Marriott ranking. Both hotels belong to Polski Holding Hotelowy group.
The rating given by guests is primarily an appreciation of the work of the entire Challenge ’32 restaurant team, led by Andrzej Bryk, Head Chef of the Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel. And the Courtyard Warsaw Airport Hotel’s distinction goes to the crew led by chef Piotr Lasecki. The ranking was based on the assessment made by guests in March of this year.
Artur Derela, general manager of Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, said: “Thank you for such great feedback and we are shy to say that exceptional places are made by exceptional people. The chefs and wait staff of Challenge ’32 and the Courtyard Hotel strive every day to prove that the passion you put into what you do is the most important element of success. And this success, as you can see guests find in our hotels. I would like to thank both the Renaissance and Courtyard teams for their excellent daily work, which was once again appreciated by our guests.”
